Aircraft operation and maintenance requirements vary greatly, depending on their application.

REPS' technical team has the experience you need to support the complex process of bringing an aircraft from inactive status to airworthy condition.  We identify all applicable Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins required for the aircraft.  Our team researches each one and identifies what actions have been completed, what must be scheduled, and what is required to stay in compliance.

REPS’ technical team can support all areas of aircraft maintenance, and has extensive experience with Aircraft Propulsion systems - reciprocating and jet engines, ram air turbines (RATs) and propellers.

Our expertise also includes flight line and support equipment, such as:

  • Gas, Diesel, and Turbine Engines
  • Generators
  • Air Compressors
  • Heaters and Air Conditioners
  • Hydraulic Test Stands
  • All non-powered flightline equipment such as T-tail stands, B-4, B-5, B-7 stands etc.

When all applicable data is collected and solutions have been approved, the REPS technical team can incorporate the information in the appropriate customer manuals.

REPS personnel can provide any airline with the necessary technical support to keep the airframe, powerplant, and appliance systems current and airworthy.
